As many details as possible :) I work better the more inspired I feel by your inquiry. (Background, additional details, pose, expression, the vibe you're looking for etc...)

Confirm that you know about the PayPal fees charge (specified in my ToS and in my pricing above.)

All payment should be in EUR (€). Via Paypal.

I will need the necessary informations to invoice you. (PayPal e-mail)

Payment is due in full upfront for any commission. If you want to discuss this further, please DM me!

PayPal fees apply to the total price. (5.48% of price)

Please include visual references and a good description. The better would be a reference sheet but I can also work with normal art pieces as long as there is a good written description along with it.

The prices I have specified are only used as guidelines. It depends on details and the complexity of the character(s).

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

You can't claim my art as your own. Please credit me when using it publicly/posting it anywhere.

I, as the creator/artist of every piece, retain full rights and ownership over the commissioned artworks. (Posting it, using it in my Portfolios, speedpaints etc...)

Rush fees may apply.

After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary.

Any type of adjustment is allowed during sketch phase (even restarting the piece over.)

Minor changes are possible at final stages (small details).

The default canvas size is usually around 3000x5000 pixels (horizontal or vertical) for 300dpi. Format can be adjusted to your request. I will deliver it to you in a PNG format through Google Drive (or e-mail if requested).

A commission usually takes up to 2 weeks to 1 month. If the artwork is layered or has a lot of details, it could take up to 3 months.

I try to work on each commission in the order of the orders placed.

Base prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.

I retain all the rights to my work, which include the right to use the image as a sample for self-promotion.

If you want to keep the art private (no posting etc...), additional fees may apply. Please understand that keeping a commission private impacts my ability to market my work on social medias.

You can upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.

You can use it as social media profile picture/banner or starting screens/thumbnails on Twitch/Youtube.

If you wish to cancel your commission during the progress, you will be refunded between 20% up to 70% of what you paid depending on the progress I made.

You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.
